On 11th, March, the keel laying ceremony of Yuexin’s 16000HP Anchor Handling Tug/ Supply Vessel YX3138 was held in Yuexin shipyard.

On 16th, March, Yuexin shipbuilding and Guosen Securities. GP Certified Public Accountants as well as Law firm signed the The restructuring and listing intermediary services agreement, which started restructuring plan officially.

On 16th, March, Yuexin Shipbuilding and MARTENS MARINE as well as China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Xiamen Corporation signed the contract of four 58.7m Anchor Handling Tug/ Supply Vessel in The Royal Marina Plaza.

On 9th, April, Yuexin’s fully completion of operating targets mobilization meeting was held in Dagang government. The board members and leaders as well as main persons in charge of each departments took part in the meeting.

On 18th, April, Yuexin was approved as the vice president of unit of Guangdong Shipbuilding Industry Association. Over 80 people of the association visited Yuexin in that afternoon.

On 20th, April, Yuexin signed the contract of the 2nd 45m Azimuthal River Pusher and 24 barges with P&O M.S.Paraguay .

On 29th, April, Yuexin donated ￥500，,00.00 for the development of Guangzhou youth environmental public welfare project -

Yuexin’s twenty-four 61m barges began to be built separately on 24th, June and 6th, July.

On 4th, July, the signing ceremony of strategic cooperation agreement between Yuexin and China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation was held in The Royal Marina Plaza.

From 3rd ,July to 5th ,July, Yuexin took part in the 6th China Equipment Manufacturing Exposition which held in Zhongshan.

On 1st, August, the launching ceremony of YX3150, 45m Azimuthal River Pusher built by Yuexin for P&O Maritime holdings Paraguay S.A. was held in Yuexin Shipyard. Ms. IEREN Bellette from P&O and related leaders of Yuexin took part in the activity.

On 13th, August, the launching of 69.9m Anchor Handling Tug/Supply Vessel YX3137 built by Yuexin for Tidewater was held in Yuexin Shipyard. Mr. Andy Tunnah, the ship owner and Mr. Tan Weibo, the chairman of Yuexin took part in the ceremony.

On 3rd, August, Yuexin was invited to take part in the Brazil International Maritime Exhibition.

With the coming of Mid-autumn Festival, on 10th,September, Yuexin held the Mid-autumn Festival Party.

On 3rd, October, the 4th Middle East International Workboat Exhibition was held in Abu Dhai National Exhibition Center.

On 10th, October, the office automation system project kickoff meeting was held in Dagang government. 118 persons including the members of OA project team and all the middle-level management personnel took part in the meeting.

On 28th, October, the launching ceremony of Yuexin’s 16000HP Anchor Handling Tug/ Supply Vessel YX3138 was held in Yuexin shipyard.

On 29th, November, the Marintec China 2011 was held in Shanghai. Yuexin took part in the exhibition with 1650 units from over 31 countries, showing the latest marine technique and products.
