Catch the Retraining for Safety Directors Firmly To Improve the Basic Management Level

At 19:00 of 17th, May, over 100 group leaders, workshop directors and outsourcing team leaders took part in the safety training in the first floor’s meeting room of Yuexin, studying the safety production laws and regulations spoken by the teacher of Port Authority Education and Training Center of Guangzhou. The training unclosed the prologue of 2010 safety retraining of directors.

The training was supported greatly by the leaders of company, Zeng Jing Song,the deputy general manager and Gao Run Biao, the deputy minister of security, came and inspected the training. The training was mainly for group leaders, workshop directors and outsourcing team leaders, with the principle “production management must be based on safety management”, it is aimed to define the management responsibility to the safety work for basic level managers, to improve the overall planning and coordination and integrated management capabilities in the safety work, to enhance the safety awareness, safety skills and study relevant laws and regulations.

The stuff listened to the training based on safety management regulations, safety knowledge of shipbuilding, basic construction management knowledge, closely linked to the characteristics of shipbuilding. The training was developed by words, pictures and the explanation and analysis spoken by teacher. The training reflected “Three closely combination”: The first was the closely combination of rational organization of work and proper safety management system; The second was the closely combination of team building strengthen and daily safety measures; The third was people's initiative and unique and practical operational procedures.

The training was held in the evening, realizing the goal of combination of production and training, solving the problem of engineering contradictions. At the same time, it reflected that our company attached great importance to the safety to the workshop, team and staff, using all the forms including training to improve team leader's ability to perform their duties, so that it could enhance the responsibility of safety management work of basic managers, and raised the team management to promote the responsibility for production safety.
