Yuexin held a Management Training for Middle-Level Leaders

To improve the management ability of middle-level leaders and strength the efficiency as well as teamwork, the HR department held a series of trainings in the coming 4th quarter. The trainings contain three classes with the theme of communications and teamwork building.

Doctor Du, senior business management lecturer, was invited to give lessons.

The first training, Effective Communication Management, is held on 14th, October with all the middle level leaders attended. All the middle-level leaders attended it. During the training, Doctor Du talked with humor way, applying some specific examples and communicating with all the students.. After class, they filled out a questionnaire to the evaluate the training curriculum, and share their training feelings.

Other trainings will be held in Nov. and Dec. In the future, more training are going to held like Monitor Training and Technical Training. Hope each of you can join it, developing with Yuexin together!
