66m Maintenance/ Work Vessel, M. V. LIFT TIDE Ⅱwas delivered successfully

66m Maintenance/ Work Vessel, M. V. LIFT TIDE Ⅱ, built by Yuexin Ocean Engineering for Tidewater was delivered successfully in December. Built under the ABS classification and applied WARTSILA’s design, the vessel measures 66m in length, with a breadth of 20m, a depth of 5.9m and a draft of 4.3m. Accommodation is provided for up to 60 persons and is featured extensive cargo carrying capacities for 580m3 fuel and 600m3 fresh water.


LIFTING TIDE II is the second vessel of the Diesel Electric series OSV built by Yuexin. Powered by four CAT3512C engines coupling with Marathon generators each rated at 1405kw and driving two Siemens motors for Schottel propulsion systems, the vessel has an operational speed of 13 knots. In addition, deck machinery includes a offshore floating crane supplied by TSC with the maximum lifting capacity up to 60 ton, and four-point mooring winches are also installed, which enable the vessel provide excellent service of maintenance and cargo carrying. With Kongsberg DP-2 system and FFS Fire Fighting Classed One System, the vessel can have good performance in the unexpected condition for offshore supporting operation.


LIFTING TIDE Ⅱ is the second 66m Maintenance/ Work vessel built by Yuexin for Tidewater, and she will working together with her sister vessel CONSTRUCT TIDE II, which was delivered in August by Yuexin in the area of western Africa.
