Yuexin Held an Execution Training

On 14th, September, all the middle-ranking officials , taking part in the execution training in Yuanlin Hotel. The training given by Mr. Han started with the humorous naming explanation. He divided all the members into 7 teams, then everyone discussed why the implementation capacity is weak  and find out the root. Next, he pointed out the correct meaning  of execution, and analyzed the key points that we should concentrade during the execution process. The whole class was carried out with method of cases study, analyses and conclusion. At the end of the class, Mr. Han awarded all the trainees an execution certification made by Yice, a famous domestic management training organization. “The class makes me know that direction is the first element of execution—only you catch the right direction can you execute well. At the same time, I learn a principle: What you did does not equal to you did it well. We need to finish it by cooperation and try to do the best” One of the trainees said.
